Natural Springs In and Out! We invite you to Read the Story of Constantia Valley’s House

SAOTA architects built this marvelous villa called the Montrose House. It is located in the place known as Bishopscourt which is a residential suburb of Cape Town in South Africa.
Settled in an inspiring greenish area of the famous ConstantiaValley, this villa is one modern and stylish place. The façade is mainly covered with huge windows and the entire construction reaches the top in the world of outer designHigh quality stone and marble are used for the outdoor and the indoor as well. In the back of the house there is a large swimming pool settled next to the lovely and comfortable sitting area.

It’s really lovely and creatively in a sense of the outdoor structure, where the walls uncover the small windows, so it practically looks like the soft light in the evening, tries to find the way out.
The most remarkable thing of the house is that the house has little pools that are not just located in the backyard but also in parts of the interior, so you have the feeling that they overlap in two different dimensions. You have a long walk around the house and enjoy those improvised springs, and after you got inside-you see them again.

The house also has a lovely garden in the back that overlooks the impressive hill in the distance. The interior is designed with marble and mainly grey colors with some warm tones and no matter if you are on the first or on the second floor, you’ll get the same impression: everything is chosen carefully and designed with a very strict and fine touch
